Boring machine is intended for operations, like creating holes in a workpiece. This machine creates accurate and smooth holes by enlarging existing holes. It comprises a bore that bears a cutting tip of diamond, steel or cemented carbide. Boring head attached to a rotating spindle grips single-point tools which are circularly moved against the side of existing holes. Boring head is adjusted in a way that it controls the hole's diameter. The distance between the spindle axis and the wheel axis is adjusted to control the hole diameter. The grinding wheel cutters quickly rotate about their own axes, resulting in slowly rotating with the boring head about the spindle axis. Rotation about horizontal or vertical axes of spindles is achieved on boring machine. The used boring machine can be used in toolmaking shop. This machine has a work-holding table and vertical spindle. Holes are accurately spaced when the spindle is moved horizontally in two directions perpendicular to each other.
